Good news is we got the hotel group rate for ruggapalooza
today and we got a great deal. 25 rooms are reserved as
of right now. All the rooms have two beds. First come first
served on this. Get the info to the person on your team
that takes care of the travel stuff and get your rooms
reserved.
A credit card is required to hold the room. It won't be
charged until check in and you have up until 5pm the day
of to cancel.
The room rate will be held until August 5th but that's only if
there are rooms left.
